Clinical Supervisor

Supervision is a dynamic and multidimensional process, requiring clinicians to engage deeply with various aspects of themselves: the therapist, the individual, and the relational being. Whether as a supervisor or a supervisee, I find immense value in the opportunities for intellectual curiosity, authentic connection, and personal growth that supervision provides.

My training and practice are rooted in psychodynamic and relational theory, which guide my exploration of the rich and complex human experiences our clients bring to the therapeutic space. As therapists, we have the unique opportunity to challenge ourselves, look inward, and connect meaningfully with others. Growth occurs when we honor the processes of sitting with and being with—not only for our clients but for ourselves as well.

In the supervisory relationship, I emphasize critical thinking, curiosity, and creativity. My approach is active, attuned, and collaborative, fostering an environment where ideas are exchanged freely. I am particularly inspired by the process of “joining in” to understand the client’s perspective, using this insight to shape interventions that meet their unique needs.

I conceptualize from a relational and developmental lens, integrating interventions centered on attachment, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and body awareness. My goal as a supervisor is to cultivate diagnostic curiosity and deepen conceptual understanding, equipping supervisees to support their clients in achieving healing and wellness.
