Liam Saldaña Kemmy, LSW
I am a social worker who is passionate about helping individuals feel more connected to themselves and their lives. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and authenticity, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore both the parts of themselves they readily share and those that feel harder to access.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, and life transitions. I believe that meaningful change happens in the context of strong relationships, and I aim to build trust with clients through genuine connection, humor, and a nonjudgmental stance. When working with younger clients, I value collaboration with families and caregivers as an important part of the healing process.
My clinical perspective is informed by psychodynamic and relational frameworks, while also incorporating practical, skills-based tools when helpful. I am particularly interested in supporting clients as they make sense of their internal experiences, develop self-awareness, and build a stronger sense of agency in their lives.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process and work with clients to identify their strengths, set goals, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change. I am committed to ongoing learning and growth as a clinician and feel honored to be part of each client’s journey.
