Evelyn Williams, LCSW
Clinician and Intake Manager
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports men and women navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, relationship challenges, and the pressure of always being the strong one. Many of the clients I work with are capable, thoughtful, and deeply caring, yet feel burned out, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer fit. Therapy is a space to slow down, be understood, and begin prioritizing your emotional needs without guilt.
My approach is warm, relational, and insight oriented. I draw from psychodynamic and attachment based therapy, while also integrating CBT tools when helpful. Together, we explore how past experiences and relationship patterns influence present day emotions, self- esteem, and connection with others- at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
I specialize in working with clients ages 35 and older, particularly caregivers, professionals, and helpers who tend to put themselves last. I aim to create a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can reconnect with yourself, build self-compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change.
